WATER DATA - Rating Tables API

This API is intended to fetch the rating table data to consume it in downstream systems. Based on the different parameters provided in the request body, it will return the corresponding rating table data. If the data to be returned exceeds the pre-defined page size, the API provides the pagination details to get the data in chunks.
