Kolback Environmental Services Limited seeks development consent from Liverpool City Council to establish a clay/shale quarry and associated facilities on lot 3 Adams Road, Luddenham. The objective is to establish and operate a clay/shale quarry which will provide suitable material for the manufacture of bricks and associated products. The quarry will operate for approximately 12 years removing approximately 500,000 tonnes of clay, shale siltstone and sandstone per year.
