Contaminated Land - Record of Notices

Record of Contaminated Land Notices Issue Contaminated Land Public Record is a searchable database on the NSW Environment Protection Authority’s (EPA) website. The record contains declaration notices, orders made by the EPA under the Contaminated Land Management Act 1997 (CLM Act), voluntary management proposals approved under the CLM Act, and site audit statements relating to significantly contaminated land. The record only includes documents that are required to be placed on the record by section 58 of the CLM Act. The record can be searched on the EPA website at http://www.epa.nsw.gov.au/prclmapp/searchregister.aspx
